SPECULAAS (Spiced Cookies)

Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 ½ tsp. allspice
1 ½ tsp. pastry spice
½ tsp. cloves
½ tsp. ginger
1 tsp bating soda
2 eggs
1 cup butter or margarine

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients together and press out on to lightly greased cookie sheet.
2. Bake in preheated oven at 275 F for 25 - 30 minutes.
