FOO YONG HAI SAUCE (Sauce for Chinese Omelette)

Ingredients
2 dl. (1 cup) fish bouillon (Knorr bouillon cubes)
3 Tbsp. catsup
dash of pepper
salt
sugar
cornstarch
½ tin peas

Instructions
1. Bring the bouillon, catsup and pepper, as well as salt and sugar (according to your own taste) to a boil.
2. Thicken with cornstarch.
3. Add the peas and pour over the omelettes.
