WOKKED BEEF AND BEANS

Ingredients
1 bag Conimex Wok Noodles
Conimex Wok Oil
1 pound green beans ( washed and cut in half)
1 lb quick fry beef strips
Conimex Wok Sauce
Ketjap Manis
1 tomato

Instructions
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain well.
2. Heat a large wok, add 1 - 2 tbsp. wok oil and wok the beans for about 8 minutes.
3. Add the beef strips and wok an additional 3 minutes.
4. Add 10 tbsp. wok sauce and the noodles. Heat thoroughly.
5. Wash and dice the tomato.
6. Ladle the noodles into 4 deep bowls or onto plates. Sprinkle the diced tomato over the top.

Serves 4

Preparation time is about 25 minutes

Note:
A good substitute for the beef strips is chicken tenders or diced tofu.
