FIVE SPICE FISH AND BROCCOLIIngredients14 oz. white rice 1 1/4 lbs. broccoli 1 lb. cod Conimex Wok Oil Conimex Five Spice Wok Sauce Conimex Seroendeng Instructions 1. Cook rice according to package instructions in salted water (a great alternative for salt is Conimex ketjap). 2. Wash broccoli. Separate into small flowers & thinly slice the stalk. 3. Cut cod into1 inch pieces. 4. Place a large wok on the stove and allow to become hot. Add a 1-2 Tbsp. wok oil & stir-fry the cod carefully for about 2 minutes. Remove fish from wok & cover to keep warm. 5. Clean wok & place back onto stove, once again heating thoroughly. Add 1-2 Tbsp. wok oil & wok the broccoli for 3 minutes. 6. Add 10 Tbsp. Five Spice Wok Sauce & wok another minute. 7. Carefully add cod and thoroughly warm the entire dish. 8. Stir 6 Tbsp. Seroendeng into the cooked rice and divide onto 4 plates. 9. Spoon the Five Spice Fish & Broccoli alongside the rice. 10. Serve Kroepoek & Sambal on the side. Serves 4 |
