FRIKADEL PAN (Indonesian Meatloaf)

Ingredients
½ bag Conimex Boemboe Nasi Goreng spices (shake bag well before opening as you are only using half and want to have a good combination)
1 lb hamburger
1/4 - 1/2 cup bread crumbs (start with 1/4 cup and add additional if you feel mixture too wet)
1 beaten egg
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
dash of nutmeg
dash of cloves
2 tbsp Conimex Ketjap Manis

Instructions
1. According to package instructions dissolve Nasi Goreng spices in water and allow to stand for about 15 minutes.
2. Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cloves.
3. Add the dry mixture to the hamburger along with the beaten egg and Ketjap Manis making sure everything is mixed well.
4. Press the hamburger mixture into a loaf pan and cover with tinfoil.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for an hour. Remove tinfoil and bake for another 15 - 20 minutes.
