FOO YONG HAI (Chinese Omelette) *)Ingredients1 tin crab meat vegetable oil or margarine 2 - 3 eggs (beaten) salt pepper 1 Tbsp. chopped celery Instructions 1. Finely chop the crab meat and then fry lightly in the hot oil or margarine. 2. Mix the beaten eggs with the salt, pepper and celery. 3. Add egg mixture to crab meat and simmer for a few minutes. 4. You can now bake 1 or 2 omelettes from mixture. *) Serve with Foo Yong Hai sauce, your favorite rice and a cucumber salad. See Foo Yong Hai Sauce recipe under Sauces. |
