CURRY COCONUT SOUP

Ingredients
4 cups vegetable bouillon
2 bags Conimex Curry Sauce Mix
4 tbsp. Conimex Seroendeng (spiced fried coconut)
2 cloves garlic
Conimex Wok Oil
Conimex Ketjap Manis

Instructions
1. Peel & press the cloves of garlic.
2. Put a large wok on the cook-top and allow to heat thoroughly.
3. Add a tablespoon of Wok Oil and then the garlic to hot Wok and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
4. Add the bouillon and bring to a boil.
5. Put Curry Sauce Mix into a medium sized bowl & stir about 3/4 of a cup of the hot bouillon into the mix combining thoroughly.
6. Carefully pour this mixture (while constantly stirring) into the remainder of the bouillon and allow to boil for 2 minutes.
7. Add extra taste to the soup with some Ketjap Manis.
8. Ladle the soup into deep bowls and sprinkle the Seroendeng on top.

Note:
The Seroendeng can be replaced with alfalfa which would making a delicious Curry-Alfalfa Soup
