SWEET CHILI CHICKEN-NOODLE SOUPIngredients1 red chili pepper 1 lb paksoi 4 green onions 1 lb chicken tenders Conimex Wok Oil Conimex Sweet chili Sauce 6 cups chicken bouillon 1 bag Conimex Wok Noodles Instructions 1. Wash and cut the chili pepper lengthwise, remove seeds and finely chop. 2. Wash and cut the paksoi into thin strips. 3. Wash and cut the green onions (including most of the green) diagonally into rings. 4. Cut chicken tenders in half lengthwise. 5. Place a large wok on the stove and allow to become nice and hot. 6. Add 2 tbsp. wok oil to the hot wok and then the chicken and wok for about 3 minutes. 7. Add chili pepper and allow to wok for another minute or so (remember if you want less heat use less chili pepper). 8. Add the paksoi and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. 9. Stir in 10 tbsp. Sweet chili Sauce and wok another minute or so. 10. Add the bouillon and bring to a boil. 11. Add the wok noodles and cook for another 2 minutes. After the first minute of cooking pull the noodles apart. 12. Add the green onion rings and serve in 4 large bowls. Serves 4 Preparation time is about 20 minutes Note: Fish can be substituted for the chicken. In this case use fish bouillon rather than chicken bouillon and serve with slices of lime alongside each bowl which can be squeezed into the soup. |
